rev:text	They DO NOT GUARANTEE RADIO OR VIDEO WILL WORK. Let me explain, my sweetie booked a party us for my 50th bday. There were 8 of us. We boarded, great music from the speakers. We were ready to party on the bus then the commercials came through the speaker. Surprise. It was the radio. We asked the driver for a play list or something that feeds the video monitor. He told us to connect our phone to their wireless. Okay. We didn't know we would have to work the audio/visual but sure lets get the party started. No problem. Oh, wait there is a problem. None of the available networks connected to the nonparty bus. And the driver didn't know which carrier it was and blah blah blah. Buzzkill. Meanwhile, on our way to the Vegas sign, we' pass other party buses that have music, video, you know they have a party while we 're riding in a bus. Talking to each other. We cut the ride short. And contacted the company the following business day when we were told, THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES. Please take heed. Their customer service is NONE EXISTENT. The manager, owner, head honcho NEVER GOT BACK TO US AFTER SEVERAL VERY POLITE CALLS AND REQUESTS. Whoever answered the phone took it upon herself to tell us we would not get a refund even though we used the bus for less than an hour for a 3 hour booking. No one forced us off the bus. Wow. That's what she said. $300 for nothing. A dud. A nonparty bogus party bus. But what was most upsetting, my sweetie really wanted to give me and our guests this Vegas experience. Yelpers! Don't risk it. book another company. Any other company will be better than Presidential. Yeah right, Presidential.
