  • I've loved this gym from the first day I became a member 15 years ago. If you are looking for group exercise, this is the best in town. I've even done free week passes at other gyms as I moved across town and other factors, and they didn't even come close. Supreme has a family feel to it unlike some behemoth gyms. It is just as fun to go to exercise as it to socialize. The instructors are great and personable. I've gotten in the best shape of my life here. They also have frequent incentives for working out, where you sign in your activity and if you reach a certain level over time, you win prizes. That can be extra motivating to make it a point to come in. They have a huge playroom with tons of toys. My kiddo is always happy upon my return to show me things she was playing with.
