  • I've never given a 1 star review, but that has changed today. I had a pre labeled package to drop off at this location, and I got to the door at 5:58pm.(I had my phone to double check) The door was already locked and the employee was doing some very tedious task on the printer by the window, I say that because he did not look up when the door chime was ringing on the door. I'm not a UPS employee, but I've shipped enough items to know that if I'm dropping a package pre labeled that is rather quick, especially since I did not need a printed receipt. As I walked back to my car and sat in my car, he then flicked the lights off and was gone. I have received slow service before from this location, but I hesitated to write a review, but that changed with this instance. Just have to drive further for service from now on.
