| - We went to Nan And Bryon's this past Sunday for brunch. Still adjusting from my move to Charlotte from Florida, I was disappointed to be reminded that mimosas and bloody mary's won't be served until 12; we were there at 11. The buffet purchase includes a mimosa, bloody mary, or other drink. Regardless, we both elected to do the brunch buffet as the menu looked solid. Once at the buffet line, I grabbed a little bit of everything: smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage gravy with a biscuit, a deviled egg, a small veggie frittata, cavatappi (seafood) pasta salad, a fresh oyster, and bacon mac and cheese. Everything was good, but nothing jumped out as a spectacular item. I was full from my plate but would have gone back for more bacon mac and cheese if I had room. I wouldn't have valued the meal at $21, especially since the alcoholic drink wasn't included in our visit.
