I bought a set of tires here and they overtightened the torque specs. They labeled it as steel wheels instead of alloy, which one was at 150 lbs vs 97 lbs of torque, respectively. It warped the disc brakes so bad I had to replace them. Upon my return to rotate and rebalance I had to make sure they got the specs right. What I found out was that they had the trim of my tundra as Grade instead of SR5 or limited. Make sure you check the right torque and trim on your vehicle before you let them work on your tires. They updated my information in their computer system and it is corrected now, (which their mechanic should of caught) but it took me to discover the issue and replace the warped disc brakes. Two stars is being generous.
