  • WARNING DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT A PROPERTY THAT WILL NEVER GET FIXED AND YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED AND BE TAKEN TO THE CLEANERS UPON MOVE OUT... When we moved into the home it was a mess to begin with... not a single screen on any of the doors or windows, stains on the carpets huge dings and gaps in the woods floors and the list goes on... we called and requested maintenance SEVERAL times for lots of different issues and every single time they said no they wouldn't fix anything. We decided to move out of the home when it was shot and we longer felt safe living in the home.. We did decide to break the lease early but we had a signed agreement from RPM and Us that states once a new lease is signed and deposits are paid by the new tenants we are released from original lease agreement.. The rental company couldn't find anyone to fill the property until November (we moved out in mid September and paid all of Septembers rent) we also fore-fitted all of our deposits and now they claim we owe rent/ damages for October!! Over all these people are lazy they wont fix your property, the office staff is extremely rude and wont help you as a tenant they only care about the Owners of the properties. They will take every dime you have and screw your family over anyway they can right before Christmas too... DON'T RENT HERE I BEG YOU.... YOU WILL REGRET IT!
