  • Today was the 2nd time I've purchased something from them. I had a car alarm installed a few years ago and it worked well. A couple years later I bought another car and asked them if they would move it to the "new" car. They did and for what I'd consider a fair price. I was happy with them and returned today to have another alarm installed in my newest car. I came in a week or so in advance and talked to Ryan. I mentioned I wasn't buying that day and he was helpful and didn't pressure me in any way. The alarm was installed today. Again, nice work and a simple transaction. I also mentioned that the siren on my former car (not sold yet) isn't working. He said it's not covered under warranty at this point but bring it in and he's "sure he can find a siren around to install". Wow. I highly recommend this place; it's the only shop of its kind I'll do business with now.
