  • A+++ Company!!! I have a balcony that was sagging, no longer draining properly and leaking water in to my living room so I got a couple of quotes and decided to go with Revamp. Immediately upon calling them for a quote they were able to squeeze me in that same day to have it assessed. A second review was done by the job lead the next day, a quote was sent out a few days later and they were also able to schedule the work a week later! I realize it was a smaller job for them, but the entire process was a total of 4 days in order to let things dry/seal before the next phase so it was a week and a half process from first call to finishing the job. They did exactly what they quoted me without any new surprises or extra fees. They replaced the small rotted plywood, replaced it, sealed it with a couple layers and then added proper sloping/grading so that the water now drains off the balcony (might be more to it, but from what I saw). It looks amazing and they kept me informed every step of the way! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone hands down!
