  • I absolutely love the fact that this brewery is owned by a husband and wife power couple! What a great job to have! Plus, they are doing a GREAT job of running it. This place is always packed, which sometimes sucks because you have to wait a while for a beer. However they have a large large variety of beers (8+ on average) that help make up for the wait. They also offer a rotating cider, wine and/or mimosas for the non-beer drinkers. Not a lot of breweries in Charlotte offer that so it's a huge plus Sycamore does. My favorite thing about this brewery is the patio. It' HUGE!!! And it's a great hang out place for a group of friends. They also have fire pits running at night, which is nice for those chilly Fall nights in Charlotte.
