  • The customer service I received at this location far surpassed any other Verizon retailer. It's all about the people that make it happen at this place. I had a weird glitch in my account, and Duy was there every step of the way fixing the glitch for me and getting me all set up with my new phone and iPad. At no fault of his own, it took many hours to correct my account and Duy took care of it with patience and a smile on his face the entire time. With the support of the new manager Taylor, I walked away very happy with the customer service I received. I recommend this location for great service. Be sure to ask for help from Duy or Taylor, and I promise you'll walk away happy. Thanks guys for the help with my crazy account issues!
