  • Just moved from Missouri to Tempe. Needed to hire some help unloading the trailer I rented from UPack. I happened to find a card for Muscular Moving at an apartment I looked at before I decided on the one I'm at now. That was a lucky find! This company is awesome! I had to change my reservations with them three times and the customer service not only put up with my insane schedule changes but when it came to needing help the day of without warning, they showed up in three hours and unloaded everything. The movers were careful with fragile items and put everything where it needed to go in just under three hours so I wouldn't be over charged from the original quote. I can't say enough about the two guys working that day. This is a very professional company with a personal service approach.
