  • Gross! My husband and I have family in Chandler that we visit at least twice a year for the past 5 years. We were so happy the first few times we stayed here...starting 5 years ago. Then it all started going downhill. The first issue we had a few years ago was having to phone the reception desk from outside to get in...it was only 5pm...? Red flag. Then, they list our reservation. We had the confirmation number and email but they still couldn't find it. Oddly, they acted like they were doing us a favor by finding us a room...even though they list our reservation. Hmmm. The rooms started smelling stale and smoky even though it was non-smoking. The bathrooms were a little less clean, the "clientele" was looking a little more shady and the whole area was trashy. Cigarette butts and dog poop were all over the place, stairwells, walkways and the parking lot. Overall, just gross. That will be our last stay at this hotel...
