  • The plus point with this company is the fact that they have their on truck which was the reason why we chose to use them vs a great mixer we used last time. They charge $20 for fuel which is fair. Now for the move: They showed up before time which is good. They took double the time it took our last mover and the only extra stuff we had was a baby crib and swing. I called in advance to check if we could pay using credit cards and was told that we could. I wish they had told me that they would charge an extra 2 percent for this. At the time of payment, all the guy asked me was whether I wanted to add a tip, which I did. After swiping the card he informed me that it would be an extra 2 percent. Since this was when they were about to leave, i had no option but to pay. My boxes were labeled by room. Even then, I ended up lifting heavy boxes cause they left a few on the door blocking the closet. So I tried to save some money but it turned out to be a case of penny wise pound foolish. Enticed by the fact that they had a truck I ended up paying so much over my moving budget.
