I returned a metal decor for the wall today that I paid $130 for. I had the receipt and the tag. The cashier ( started with L) immediately called a manager and said , " I worked in the art dept. and nothing over there is over $60." This really hit me the wrong way because it felt like I was a guilty thief until proven innocent. The tone was without emotion and judge mental. I then was upset because if this was supposed to be $60, then I paid over double than what I should have paid. She then responded by saying she isn't on commission( not sure why she said that). The policy of verifying big ticket return items I understand because people abuse the system, but some "customer service 101" is dearly needed. Attitude was rampant throughout the convo. Makes me want to shop elsewhere.
