  • WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! 1. For my birthday a group of 10 of us wanted to check this out. I bought the last two tickets for the 7:00pm tour and one ticket for the 7:30pm tour. I was thinking they could accommodate me and let me go with my group. WOW was I wrong. The kids running the show were so adamant on not letting my boyfriend join our tour, they kept saying they were only allowed 20 people max for the tour. Well there was only 18 people on our tour, when I told the kids this they said it was too late. So my boyfriend sat out in the car and waited. They also wouldn't refund the ticket for me. No refunds!! 2. The tour is so boring. They do not let you walk ahead or look at signs, the guide talks about nonsense on each sign. It was really really boring. 3. They tell you its over 130 degrees outside and walking around the metal makes it hotter, but yet they make you buy $2 waters. One guy didn't only had a 10/20 dollar bill and the girl wouldn't make change and wouldn't give him a water. 4. The kids that work there are that, they are kids. There are no real adults, no supervisor, and really no one in control to make decisions.
