  • I love OTF, and have frequented many different locations. This studio is clean and up to the OTF standards, but what sets them apart is the trainers. Most of the trainers I've had, no matter the location, are pretty great, however at the Old Town location, it seems like one of the main requirements to work there is "BE EXCITED ABOUT EVERY CLASS!" Maybe I respond well to interaction and passionate instructors, but when I have Matt, Trevor, Spencer, or Jessica avidly cheering me on, I have noticed I WANT to try harder to impress them (therefore I burn on average 50-100 more calories per class, consistently). Thanks for showing passion in what you do, it does NOT go unnoticed.
