Three stars takes into account the price, time of wait and quality of meat.
This was a very good burger overall. The cheeses, sauces, shoestring onions were all tasty. The bun with light and fluffy and was a nice complement to the meat. The burgers were cooked appropriately to my medium request. The house ketchup was excellent. However for a 45 minute wait and 20 dollar burger I expect to have some kind of unique beef like an aged prime beef that is ground in house. The burger itself was bland. The toppings were all unique and quite good. But For 18-22 dollars per burger and 60 dollars for lunch I expect more. Save yourself some time and money and go to earl of sandwich right down the hall.
