  • Nightmare. In short, sent from awful customer service rep to worse customer service rep. Booked the wrong car for the wrong day AFTER having to drive 20 minutes away to a new location. I rarely yelp but I have to warn you- avoid budget! Just pay the premium and get rolling on schedule.
