rev:text	3 stars because: I bought my truck here and had a great experience! I had researched what I wanted and looked around for months. I saw that Bill Luke Fiat had a few used vehicles available in my price range and went there to look. As a woman, stepping onto a car dealership lot is a very daunting experience. Ask any woman and she'll tell you stories of horrible experiences. My buying experience at Bill Luke Fiat was good! I was treated respectfully and fairly- they ended up getting me into a newer model than I thought I could qualify for, with a great rate! I was happy and would recommend anyone take a look at this dealership. For my car buying experience, I'd give them 5 stars. However... My mechanic is in Scottsdale and I live in south Phx and work in north Phx. Nowhere near my mechanic, and since he's closed on the weekend, I thought I would go back to the dealership for an oil change because I couldn't make it to my mechanic during the week. Everyone was nice enough- oil change, tire rotation, car wash all for $30. But the next day, my tire pressure light was on. I checked the air and it was extremely low. I almost had a flat. I took my car to the gas station, filled the tires and was on my way. It was around a change of seasons so I thought that was the cause. Until the next time I had to go in for an oil change and the same thing occurred later that day. Sorry, but a tire rotation isn't worth anything if their team leaves the pressure so low you risk flat tires just driving home. I called the dealership, let them know, and won't be going back there. Now I make time for my awesome mechanic during the week.
