  • Over a year later and still fighting with this complex!! They never provided pictures, or list of damages that they claim. Today finally spoke to corporate who called me a liar!! I hired a 2 cleaning ladies to clean fridge, oven, stove bathrooms even inside cabinets!! And Shay said they was not cleaned lol I have pictures!! They took pictures of another unit and are saying its mine. DO NOT rent here!! Absouletley the worst nightmare I have ever gone through. The blatant drug dealing out of the apt next to me, the big dogs unleashed etc.. 8 to 10 people living in 2 bedroom apts. It was awful. The only good thing I can say is Maintence staff was friendly and very prompt. I reported the children upstairs peeing on my windows and Shay didn't seem to think that was a issue!! The so called security hangs out between 3 apts there is no security patrol. These could be a very nice complex beautiful grounds, pools etc.. I hope they replace office staff and management. Good luck everyone please keep driving by this dump
