  • What a great hot yoga studio! I came in pretty nervous considering I'm the least flexible, least patient person out there, but the staff was extremely welcoming and calming. Before the class began, I went to the water and ice store (how convenient!) right next to it, to make sure I was prepared for the 80 minute, 101 degree, 60% humidity class that was about to take place. Hannah was the instructor and was hands down the best yoga instructor I have ever experienced. I say this because even though she didn't do all the moves with us, she was so descriptive that I knew what she meant without her showing us. She was knowledgeable, tranquil yet upbeat, and motivating. As for pricing, they have so many deals! 2 weeks for $25 for new students, there are a couple groupons, and I saw a few deals on the board too. The only thing I would change is having one later class so I could make it after work, the last class is at 530 and often I don't get off work until six!
