rev:text	I visited this place about 4 months ago and am just now getting to my review. I originally had a lot more to say but I have softened my tone overtime. Service: Was great, I enjoyed speaking to the servers and I think the owner. They explained the process and options very well. They kept our drinks filled and were friendly. Food: The food is good to a point. About 1/2 way through the meal everything just starts to taste bland and one note. The food doesn't sit in the broth's enough to add too much flavor and what little flavors is added all taste the same. Décor: It's fine, they tried hard to make this a fresh experience but I feel like I've been in similar places many times. It reminds me of the Goth kids when I was in High School, they all hated to conform and wanted to be different but in the end they all looked the same as each other. Every "hip" restaurant these days are the same to me: Pop art, stone and concrete, and blasting some form of electronic music. Experience: We planned on going with another couple but the cancelled at the last minute. This was a blessing because the bar seating and extremely loud music would have made it difficult to have a conversation with all four at the same time. Go if: You've never had hot pot You really enjoy hot pot and live near Summerlin If you want to try something new and the experience is more important than flavor Avoid if: You have a large group You're not a Hipster Foodie and care more about quality of food than what's supposed to be cool or unique.
