  • I purchased four new tires from Brian's Tire Pro along with the 36 month, 50,000 mile warranty. I paid approximately $800.00 for the tires. The business was supposed to put one of the current tires from my vehicle in the trunk as my full-sized spare and then replace the remaining four tires. I got a flat tire during the warranty period and when I went to change my tire I discovered the business did not put a good spare in my trunk. I had a shredded tire in the trunk and had to pay a tow truck to tow my vehicle home. Brian's Tire Pro was indifferent to my situation and failed to take any action to correct their mistake. The business also failed to honor their warranty but attempted to get me to purchase four more tires. I have since taken my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same. The people that work and operate this business have no ethics or scruples. Check them out with the Better Business Bureau. They never address their customer's complaints and have an "F" rating with the BBB.
