I was delighted to find this shrine was only an eight minute walk from the Luxor. Daily Mass is at 12:10. The doors open at 10:45 a.m.
Don't get there early because on hot days there is no shade anywhere. On Mondays after Mass is Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament followed by a special devotion to St. Peregrine for all cancer patients complete with veneration of a relic from St. Peregrine. This Shrine was built when Las Vegas outgrew it's Cathedral and decided to add a National Shrine rather than a bigger Cathedral. The artwork is stunning including life size bronze sculptures of some of the Mysteries of the Holy Rosary. The gift shop is open for a half hour after daily Mass, the adoration Chapel is open til four each day. If you're Catholic, it's a priority while in Las Vegas and will help keep you grounded in the wild world if "sin city".
