  • Here's the thing - the atmosphere doesn't live up to the name at all. I am okay with the actual services that were rendered for hair, but I expected a different experience based on the name and marketing for the salon. It was not a "glam" salon at all. It's in an office building with loud rock (but NOT good rock) playing. I wouldn't think it was an edgy salon at all if not for the music and a few posters. I expected a more modern atmosphere and ended up spending most of my time looking at shabby upholstered chairs and poorly painted walls.I probably won't return. There was a certain lack of professionalism as well that bothered me. I like to feel like I'm working with an expert and i didn't get that sense at all.
