  • I have used this company for a year now and my Team #10 Leader Elba is the best in the business. She is prompt and passionate about what she does. She is FOCUSED on getting the job done well but friendly while staying focused on cleaning (as well as her entire team). My husband can get talkative at times and she is cordial but does not stop working which is AMAZING -- being respectful and efficient are traits hard to master but not for Elba and her team. Elba checks the work of her team before they leave to ensure it meets her standards (and mine) and always asks if there is anything else that's needed to be done. No fuss, just exceptional work. When I come home from a long day at work, my home smells fresh and welcoming. I will change my schedule if necessary (illness, vacation, etc.) to ensure Elba is the lead for the team that comes to my home. What's great, however, is they stick to the standing schedule we have agreed upon and everyone knows what to expect. Kudos to Elba, her team and the Perfectionist Cleaning Services for finding great ambassadors for their company.
