rev:text	This is definitely a great buffet with a wide diversity of exquisitely prepared foods however there is one thing I can't get around that will give me great hesitancy to return again. I have eaten there three times and faced the same problem... great food but difficult to get to it. For one thing, it is popular and this means you have to show up maybe 60-90 minutes before you wish to eat and sign in at a kiosk to get a time to return. I showed up at 6:35 pm on a Wednesday and was given a return time of 8:11pm. I showed up at 8:10 and was put in a line of so called reservations and had to wait in line and got a table at 8:35pm. So effectively a 2 hr wait. It is kind of like Disney's fast pass only you don't return to go in a special line bypassing others..just a line that is shorter. The second problem is design. They need more stations for the food. There is a dessert station, a crab station as well as an Asian food station but a great many of the main dishes have to be passed on your way to the carving stations which are at the end of a long buffet line ...so you have to walk along a buffet line passing several dishes that you do not want to get to the carving station and at the same time blocking people who want one of those main dishes and not the carving station. So if you want something in that line that is not the carving station, you have to wait in line along with others waiting to get to the carving station or you have to somehow break in line to get some of a chicken dish that has 15 people in front of it waiting to get to the end of the line to that carving station. I hope that makes sense. I found myself saying heck with the other dishes (that I wanted to try) rather than stand in line 10-15 minutes and I just concentrated on crab legs which were great but I did want to try other dishes. If I only want crab, then I'll probably return but otherwise probably not.
