  • We have used this location I think 3 times over the course of about a year and a half. My Husband had a really bad sinus infection once and the last time we went because his foot was killing him and he didn't know why. This last time was probably the worst out of all of our visits. They are no where near "fast"...That's more of an oxymoron...We arrived early and were 3rd in line...So why did we end up being there for FOUR HOURS! waited over an hour in the waiting room...taken back to the patient room where we waited another hour...took x-rays...waited....waited some more...I have absolutely no idea why it took that long to take an x-ray and write a prescription for Ibuprofen, but it did and by the time we walked out we were extremely frustrated and my Husband vowed to never return. After the doctor took x-rays he said it should only take 15 minutes to get the results back.....1 full hour later......He pops his head back in and writes a prescription for Ibuprofen...We were happy there was nothing seriously wrong, but WHY on earth did it take so long....They tried to make it better by giving us a $5 gift card, but the damage was done...5 dollars does not equate to losing four hours of our life that we can never get back! The only convenience this place serves, is the fact you can walk in and be seen that day instead of making an appt with your primary care and having to wait for a future appt...But at the rate they're going, it's not worth it. Sorry "fast"med, but you guys just don't cut it in terms of timeliness.
