First off.. Check in was really good. But the bellman never came to get our bags. We asked for king beds for both rooms instead they gave us 2 queen beds. Everything I requested was not honored. We wanted high floors next to eachother. Didnt get that. It was across the hall.
Mind you my neice is a hilton employee and we did get an employee rate. But we are still paying guests.
The summer league basketball was there as well. They were so noisy! Banging doors early in the morning. Talking loud. It was so annoying and we didnt get any sleep
Next thing there is no wall sockets next to the beds. No usb ports in the rooms. Not easily accessible to charge your phones or ipads while your in the bed. No water pressure in the bathroom in one of the rooms. The glass doors for the shower is hard to move back and forth. Both rooms in the tub the water takes long to go down.
Now for the housekeeping and guest services.
The last day before we checked out I asked for the ice machine. So next door there was a housekeeping the lady was just standing there. I asked her where the nearest ice machine was. She turned around and said I dont know -___- OK?
So i walked around didnt see one. I called guest services. The girl who answered told me one was on the same floor that i was on 212. I walked over there and it wasnt close. It was only a bathroom!!
I called guest services again. A guy picked up and said there is an ice machine on the 3rd floor. Ummmm... It was out of order. At this point I was so irritated! So i called AGAIN to guest services. They told me on the 4th floor. Sooo i went and you need your room key to access the ice machine/vending which they did not tell me on the phone. Wth! So the other 2 floors didnt and now this needs one??? Good thing the housekeeper guy was there to open it for me
Im now so pissed off and just freakin ready to check out!
I will never again stay at this location! Everything was inconvenient not working.. The hotel just sucks!
