  • We had a very poor experience with this company culminating with the owner/manager threatening to sue us if we wrote a review. I would never use them or recommend them. We started having problems with our dryers over a month ago so we called our home warranty company and they sent service tech. He cleaned and serviced the dryers on April 24 2015. When they still were not working it was recommended that we get the Vents cleaned. Enter Vegas Air Duct Cleaners whom we contacted to clean the vents. On 4/29 Ryan from LVAD comes to the house. He proceeds to "clean" the vents from inside the house. My Wife asked him twice if he would need to go on the roof because the previous technician said that is where the air flow problem is. He said no, that his tool would take care of that. Wrote a check for $178.00. No mention of extra charge to go on the roof. He left without testing dryers. Later that day we called him and told him the dryers are still not working. He told me he would come by on 4/30 after his last job. He never showed. Texted him and ask him what his eta was, he never responded. Several days later we called the office. They sent out Michael to look at the dryers. He said he would need to come back with a ladder to get on the roof and that he would come back 5/8. On 5/8/2015 My wife text Michael and ask him if he has an eta to getting to the house. He responded, "I'm sorry, who is this." Sounded as though he had no intention of coming to the house. She called him and he suggested we remove the dryer from the vent and if the dryer still did not work, it wasn't a vent problem. After removing the dryer form the vent it worked perfect. We called him and told him that it appears the problem is indeed in the vent. He said he could come Monday 5/11. 5/11 - no show. Finally on 5/19 we text both Ryan and Michael to ask for our money to be returned. Ryan replied - who is this? My wife called him and he told her the manager would call the next day. No call ever came. 5/26 - text both Ryan and Michael asking for managers number. No response. 5/29 - My wife called the main number and talk to the Robert who represents himself as the owner/manager and told him the whole story. He told her to call Ryan and tell him to be there Monday to clean the vents. She asked why she should call him, he is ignoring us and he is your employee. 6/1 - Call Ryan to set up appointment, he answers and says he is with a client, but will call after. Never returns call. 6/2 - called the main office and owner Robert told my wife that Ryan would be at the house on that day at 11:30. Called the office at 11:45 and asked the owner Robert if Ryan was coming. He said, yes he was coming but he had to stop at the bank. That is not a Typo. He then told us there would be an extra charge for going on the roof. That is when my wife hit the roof and let him know that we were going to post this review and file a complaint with the BBB. Robert called my wife and left a message stating that he would sue her if she put anything on yelp. He said that he had an attorney that handled all his complaints. To be honest if you need to keep an attorney to handle all the complaints, maybe, just maybe you should try to conduct you business in a way that you have fewer complaints and you can save money on Attorneys. I understand that it can be hard to find good employees, but this has been a nightmare and to have the owner treat us this way is just offensive. IT ahs been over a month and we are still without a working dryer.
