  • My boyfriend and I stopped at the mall on our way back to Edmonton. While we were there, we decided to look at engagement rings. The staff at Ben Moss were very friendly and still provided conversation and assistance even after we assured them that we were still just looking and were not planning on buying anything immediately. They allowed me to try on quite a few rings and made educated suggestions to us based on our budget and style. The whole experience was very comfortable and natural. When we found a ring we absolutely loved, the sales associate did not hesitate to give us the information (product numbers, etc) and a card basically allowing us to buy the ring at its current sale price within the next 30 days. That's great, as it allows us some time to think and browse elsewhere without missing out on the deal! Notably, all of the rings I tried on, even the ones I wasn't particularly fond of, were constructed very well. I'm a perfectionist and I notice every little detail that is "off," and I was highly impressed by their products. I have found this at other locations as well, for other items I have purchased. Normally I find jewelry stores intimidating and the sales associates pushy, but that wasn't so at this Ben Moss. My experience there was actually fun, and I would recommend their products to anyone!
