AVOID ANY DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY.
All the reviews are accurate. They are off-site from the airport. The Airport employees do not know of their location. You catch a shuttle and an obscure phone hidden away to call them for a shuttle. You are greeted with a Rude and abrupt 'Hello' and they simply put the phone down if he doesn't understand you. The Shuttle was filthy (when it finally arrived) and they was no help opening rusty sticking doors or loading luggage. The location is a Backstreet dump filthy dirty and rude you are met by an abrupt, rude and obnoxious rep - the same one that answered the phone. There will be added fees, taxes and additional insurance that was not communicated. You will also have a $500 deposit hold on your credit card. Did I mention rude, abrupt obnoxious rep who clearly did not want to be there and had no service etiquette. The car was filthy - and a 10 second walk around is all that stand between you possible damages if you miss a scratch. When we returned the car ... The place was Hard to find - so we called for an exact address. Our same unhelpful obnoxious, abrupt and rude agent sarcastically referred us to the address on the contract. We never did get an address from him. When you return the vehicle, there is no rep waiting to check the vehicle and no signage. It seems that you just find a space somewhere and park. Now you have to deal with a lineup, the same abrupt, rude, obnoxious rep, and preferential customers making use of a park and fly service on the side. Don't forget ... You have to deal with the same dirty shuttle, and a 30 minute wait to get back to the airport. I intend to follow through with formal complaint to customer service. This Company should not still be doing business.
