  • Sorry to report that I've noticed a downhill slide of customer service here. Maybe has something to do with recent corporate changes, but I usually dread having to check out here cause I'm always overcharged. Then the employees get annoyed when I carefully check the receipt before leaving. Oy! Recently, a sale item in the flyer rang incorrectly, and what a pain to have it fixed! If it wasn't for their good sale prices and occasional great clearance items, I'd get groceries at Winco, Neighborhood Walmart & Vons.
