  • Well I am staying here as I type this review . The resort FEE is just beyond stupid but this is a Vegas trick to make the rooms look cheap to get that extra money out of you. The room I have is just ok. But I had to call to get things fixed in it. The toilet was running the whole day, lights out in the bathroom that made it dark, no do not distrub sign, the fridge was broken drinks went in cold that came out hot. YOU WOULD THINK WITH ALL THIS WRONG THEY WOULD GIVE YOU THE DAM GYM TO USE. Not them. I spent money in the Casino which was dumb on my part. They always say they want you to come back and want to treat you very well. The fact that I had to get several things fixed in the room and got nothing for their lack of attention to detail. Won't allow you to use the gym because you did a TV deal. WTF Treasure Island. Only one way to say this. Your customer service and taking care of your guests is subpar. Even though I have to stay here the rest of the week....I won't be back. Stay very clear and stay off the strip. On the Vegas strip they don't know how to treat you.
