  • I made the trek from Chicago to get some of their prized beef jerky. Their stall and service did not dissapoint. Christie was super helpful explaining the various flavors and giving samples to try. The Applewood and Hot was the best. The Habenero or Scotch Bonnet was killer hot and would be great to buy and serve up as a gag, no pun intended!
