  • I have come to this shop 4-5 times within the last year as its about 25 min away from my house. So I usually go to big daddy vape, which is a bit closer. But since I was out of vape and was in the area, I decided to drop in again. This time, which was today, I had to bring my four year old with me as I'm a stay at home mom and didn't have him in preschool for the day. I prefer to not bring him though if at all possible, since we know little ones like to touch things and I have to rush in and out when he's with me. The last time I came in was probably about 5 months ago and I also had him with me that time. I had just popped in to get some coils. I wouldn't say my experience there was very pleasant as the lady that was working there (short hair) not sure if she's the owner, but made a comment about my son, that time, touching something. I'm pretty on top of what he's doing, but I don't have eyes around my whole head so I told him to stop when she said that. It wasn't that she said something. It was the way she said it. I just felt uncomfortable that time leaving the place. Which brings me to this last experience, which was today. So when I came in to get some vape I had my son go sit on the couch and play on my phone while I tried a couple flavors. The gentleman helping me was very nice and patient as I there were a couple times my son came up and asked me a question and I had to tell him to go sit back down because I remembered the last time we came he had touched something so I wanted him to just sit on the couch this time to play a game and keep himself entertained. Not only that, but I didn't want him to be surrounded by vape smoke in his face. Anyhow, I found a vape that was very similar to the one I usually get at the other vape shop, so I told the gentleman helping me that I'd like one bottle. Then the same lady with short hair came up to me and said to have my son come by me since he's sitting with his feet on the couch and there's grease on the sidewalk and street outside. I turned my head to look at him and he was laying on his tummy, knees on the couch and feet were in the air. Making himself really comfortable lol. Were his feet on the couch?..no, they weren't. Was he sitting properly? No he wasn't. But this lady is so rude with her delivery and needs to work on her customer service skills. I told my son to take his feet off the couch and he did. I grabbed my bottle of vape. I told the two guys at the front this is the second time she was rude to me and it was my last time coming there and it is. I understand keeping the store clean is important. That's one of the reasons that I went there when I did. But if you don't like kids whoever you are, put up a sign. p.s. The vape was good. But just a heads up. Don't bring your kids, even if you're out of juice.
