Caribbean Spice is a Guyanese restaurant that serves up your traditional Caribbean cuisine.
Keep in mind this is not a Jamaican restaurant, which most people are traditionally used to so the flavors are going to be different. Some of the dishes (I.e., roti) and spices are unique to the Guyanese culture. This is no different than the subtle variations you'll find in each West Indian or Latin country/island.
With that said, I think the food is good enough to satisfy a craving but won't blow you away.
I tried the jerk chicken with rice and peas and it was OK.
Also, the menu is fairly limited in my opinion.
There aren't many options for Caribbean cuisine in Phoenix so its worth a try.
