Went to this location with my husband and puppy to return a leash and collar I had purchased earlier in the day that unfortunately did not fit my puppy. We entered the store 15 minutes before closing and could not figure out how to put on some of the harnesses. I asked the only associate in the store whose name is Sheryl for help and she did not want to help us. Sheryl said she is just a cashier and does not know how to use "those things." I asked her if she could have the manager help us and she informed me the manager couldn't because she was "busy in the back closing." We still had 5 minutes before the store closed. I shop all the time at PetsMart for all three of my pets and take them there for grooming and Banfield for medical issues. We are extremely disappointed to see other customers get help and we were ignored. We will not be returning to this store and will also complete PetsMart survey regarding this particular experience.
