| - Recently just purchased a brand new vehicle yesterday and boy did this dealer go above and beyond for me. This was my second purchase from them in the last 2 years and I do have to say they are setting the bar. My experience gets better every time and just when I think they've set the bar, they go go even beyond that. Rachel Roemer and Courtney Layfayette were the that initially helped me. Ive bough my previous IS 350 F sport from Rachel and she is absolutely amazing. If you need a car and want someone who will fight to get you what you want and is just overall an amazing person, go see Rachel. Courtney is who I initially dealt with because I submitted in internet inquiry and she was fast to respond. When I arrived Courtney was caught up closing a deal and Rachel was available to help, so we went from there. Courtney also went back and forth to get me the numbers I wanted and the best deal overall. Now comes, Malishka Ballard, who is just amazing as well. She contacted me immediately after leaving the dealership (wanted to think over the deal for a little) and wanted to see how my experience was. I explained everything was amazing and this was the best dealer in town and just wanted a day to think about it. It is the reason I always buy a Lexus and come to this dealer. She then went as far as talking to the GM and even then went as far as talking to the owner and got me such an incredible deal. I was so shocked. I didn't think I could ever get the deal I did. She was amazing. She kept in touch with me throughout the day and I never had to call and check up, like i have done with some previous dealers. She went all the way up the ladder for me! Not many people would do that! She really got the deal for me and when i saw the deal I was getting, I didn't even have to think. I was in the dealer 2 hours later signing the paper and taking delivery. All in all, If you need a car, don't buy anything other then a Lexus and don't go anywhere other then Lexus of Las Vegas. If you need a car and want a Lexus, make sure to definitely go see Rachel Roemer and Malishka Ballard. They will literally get you the best deal ever. Loyalty goes a long way and the relationships you form go far as well. I will personally never buy from any other dealer in town. Lexus of Las Vegas exceeds 5 stars. If i could give this place beyond five, they would have it in a heart beat.
In Sum... Best dealer in town. Best brand in town. Most reliable. This dealer has the best staff, the kindest staff, and they really go to work for you. Go see Rachel Roemer or Malishka Ballard. They are amazing. If you are wanting to buy via the internet process, Courtney is the best to handle your needs in that department. She will work hard and go back and forth as ling as it takes to get you what you want.
