  • They increase your credit limit, then decrease it suddenly. Their customer service is questionable. I got "attitude" from a guy on the phone, who needs to take some re-training on how to talk to customers. Their call centre is full of people from third world countries, who speak broken English. American Express has been a real disappointment. I will pay off the card and cut it up.
