  • Everyone at this location is nice and friendly except one employee. I visit this location at least 3 times a week. And every time she's there, she never says hello. She'll stare at me until I tell her what I want. One time she even started the interaction with "what are you having?". No smile, no sincerity, not even a bit of happiness she even has a job. She's a straight up bitter person. And she was even rude to my husband who I sent to get me a coffee while I shopped. He said she just ignored him until he asked "are you open?". I don't like leaving names on here, because I would hate for her to lose her job over something stupid. All I should say is that her name started with a ' T '. Someone should tell her to start enjoying her job. Anyone would be glad to have it.
