  • Absolutely terrible recent experience with Progressive. I had an accident (first) last month when other driver was not looking making a turn. He has no registration, no insurance, bad driving history. Progressive Claim Rep Dontae R Holt said Progressive will take care of it and since I have full coverage and prefect history they will pay me under uninsured motorist coverage and waive deductible and it will not affect my premiums. After a month of waiting I got a check for $235 per their estimate for bumper replacement, horn and turn signal repair (real estimate from body shop for $1,200) as they said they cannot place other driver 100% at fault . They do not investigate accidents! Don't trust them! Stay away of Progressive!
