  • There's a good reason Spenser's has 3 stars. Unlike ABT in Chicago where they stand behind their appliances Spenser's does not. After purchasing our entire kitchen for our Carefree home our refrigerator has had multiple failures one right after the other. After dealing with the owner it's become apparent nothing will be done other than having the Repairman out now on a regular basis. Owning my own business for well over 30 years you'd think that they would replace and RTV this back to the vendor. Pretty safe to say my choice and recommendation to all that we have choices and it's getting to the point that my choice is to shop elsewhere. If they would have replaced this I would have been very satisfied but unfortunately not the case. To all my friends in Desert mountain you'd be to better off avoiding these people.
