  • I had a great experience with the big easy animal hospital. My dog had been attacked and had several lacerations to her thigh as well as a fracture in her leg. I came in as a walk-in and was seen within 15 minutes. Dionne, the tech was great with my dog. Calm and assuring as she did the initial work up and shaved the area. The vet was thorough and explained everything that she thought needed to be done. I work in medicine, and it's exactly how I'd have handled it if it had been a person. The bill was appropriate for the amount of work that needed to be done. I didn't get the usual sales pitch for a ton of extra testing and medications for every dog disease known to man. My dog is sensitive to anesthesia and usually spends a day in a haze after any procedure, but they reversed the anesthesia and she was bright eyed when I picked her up. On day two, I got a call to check in. Hopefully I'll never have to go back under the same conditions, but I'll definitely be back for shots and check ups.
