| - My only experience with this dealership is through the online chat on their website....but, I felt it significant to note that even using simple chat, the sales rep managed to make me feel that same slimy car dealer feeling that so many people dread when it comes to having to look for a vehicle to purchase. I had found their website after finding a vehicle that Sullivan Motors had posted on craigslist. Of course, they had not posted the asking price there, nor a lot of the relevant details that I needed (like mileage), but they provided a link to the Sullivan website for "more details". Unfortunately, THAT listing also had no price posted. As I continued to browse their inventory, and found a second vehicle that I might be interested in, a chat window popped up asking if I had any questions about "this vehicle". I asked for the asking price. Instead of an answer, I was asked my name. Fair enough. I gave my name and clarified that I just wanted the price. I was asked another stalling, leading salesman question trying to hook me in as a customer, instead of providing the simple answer that I wanted. I even provided the VIN numbers for the two different vehicles that I was interested in, and emphasized that I just wanted the price. This went on five more times with "Earl". Thank you, Sullivan Motors, for an excellent preview of the kind of customer experience I would have encountered if I had ended up wasting my time visiting the dealership.
