  • Very unprofessional!! I am in Las Vegas NV visiting while approached by a sales rep my wife and I happened to have an empty Fat Tuesday plastic clear souvenir cup (Bone Dry). I asked for a restroom when returning my wife and I were rudely asked by an old not very tidy woman named Paula " Have you been DRINKING??" I replied " What?" Any rate she said that she had been told by Raquela ! When we asked Raquela she said people who drink have to use the restroom!!!! I then asked " Don't you use the restroom?" She waked off and she I don't have to talk to you!! That's the front desk job!!" I was totally sized up by this woman! Profiled by someone who is supposed to be a representative of the Time Share!! If this is the type of people Westgate employees.. folks stay away!! Just say no!! Hello No! I forgot to mention Raquela's co worker said that the reason why Raquela treated you that way is because she was high!! I said thanks for that information !!!
