  • I have had yes air at my house and few times . On one occasion I had a rep tell me my water pressure was bad in my house and it wasn't they wanted $600.00 to fix it . There were other things total $2000.00 dollars worth. Putting an Adobe rod $330.00 I can buy it myself for $36.00 just an example. I had my warranty company come over there was only 1 thing wrong. They work off commission so they make up stuff deceit and stealing from people is wrong I called the office with my concerns they said a manager would call never did. I had a guy over recently that sold us a plug in thing to stop hard water I thought it was a water softening system till I looked at it didn't think it was worth $2200 . They took out my salt water unit when I found out what was put in I found one online for around $300.00 So I had them come take it out they charged me $336.00 I could have put it out recycle. FYI I bought a nice whole house water softener for $297.00 That's a lot of money to just have them to dispose of it. I called again and was told a manager would call me that was a week ago nothing.
