  • Great sushi restaurant, just behind the Hard Rock Hotel on Paradise. I live here in Vegas, and like most other locals, I hardly ever eat on the strip. I will usually only go to the strip to eat at Joes Stone Crab in the Forum Shops. It's great to find nice restaurants like Kaizen to eat at when you're in the area. The prices are not half as bad as Sushi places on the strip and the quality is excellent! My servers name was Sumi, probably misspelled. It was the best service I've ever had in any kind of Japanese restaurant, I will definitely be going back again.
