  • LOVE this place. I'd been living in/around the area for about 8 years, and going to Gasparro's for that amount of time. Though I recently moved a little further away, it's still my go-to butcher! Not only do they supply quality meats, but they've also supplied me with cooking tips along the years. My boyfriend and I once bought a $80 standing rib roast from here, and it was the best goddamn roast I've ever made.
