  • We usually go to other location and the staff always has been great. But in this particular location the girls in the countertop were so rude, first they didn't found our membership with our phone and then were cranky about soliciting a nail trim for my cat. They charged us extra because it was 6:30, which I don't care , but they were rude about it. One of the girls, told us that they didn't have the staff and phone to the back just to tell us nobody was in there, then a nurse came and took our cat ( the only one nice) . I do understand it's late, also I understand is not our usual location, but this was the he close one, so we went there, and the girls were so rude, if they said the same things with other intention I wouldn't be this upset. For training nails they don't do appointments, and for this we had a bad costumer service. I do not recommend this location , even if it's near I would never came back for this treatment.
